Every year, a highlight for Michigan Ross MBA students is the Sanger Leadership Center’s Crisis Challenge, an immersive, high-pressure simulation in which students play the role of corporate executives coping with a fast-moving business crisis. And this year, the winning team was all part-time students.
In this episode, host Sneha sits down with the winning team from this year’s Crisis Challenge, who are all part-time MBA students at Ross. They discuss their approach to the event, the value they found in it, and lasting lessons that they’ll carry with them in their careers.
